The ph654 Platform is strictly intended for persons who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph654 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If ph654 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, ph654 will immediately close the relevant account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law, and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
