To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph654 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph654 Platform.
ph654's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph654 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph654 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph654 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph654's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
